Whether you have exercised regularly or done nothing for years, our Supercircuit will provide you with a full body toning and cardiovascular work out. Now for the science stuff, the hydraulic system uses concentric contraction of the muscles, this means that there are no negative forces applied to them, therefore, muscle soreness and stiffness is dramatically reduced, as is the likelihood of injury. While most of the machines encourage the muscles to be used in opposing groups, thus working with the body and making the system very efficient. The cardio stations (jogging boards), situated between the toning machines, are sprung and so reduce impact on the ankles, knees and hips. So you have a win win situation, an extremely effective muscle toning and fat burning system with very little chance of pain or injury.

02Just 30 minutes

There are 20 stations in our Supercircuit - 10 toning and 10 cardio. Each piece of equipment is used for just 30 seconds, so each circuit takes only 10 minutes. We recommend a minimum of three circuits, 3 times a week, so your exercise commitments for the week will take just an hour and a half. Ideal for today's busy woman, with all the commitments of work, home and the family.

03Equipment

The toning equipment uses hydraulic technology which accommodates to your strength and fitness, so whether you are in your retirement and haven't exercised in years, or someone younger with a history of a regular fitness regime, you will have a quality work out. Another benefit of the system is it's ease of use, this equipment requires no intervention by the user. The resistance of the equipment and the direction of the circuit is all set out for you, so all you need to do is come and play. The program is designed to avoid the dreaded plateau and of course the stronger and fitter you become the faster you go on the machines making the system fast, effective and fun and always a challenge where you can burn about 400 calories in just one half hour session. An exercise regime that anyone can do but no one can out do.
